History:

This 275 GTB/4 Scaglietti Berlinetta was originally delivered to Marchesini in Italy in
1967. Assembly sequence from Ferrari was #106 and the body is #A104, Chassis Tipo
596 Motor Tipo 226

Listed in Autumn 1971 FOCUK Ferrari (Vol. 4 No. 1) as owned by C. S. Mitchell,
Poughkeepsie, NY. Listed in 1972 FOCUK Register by Mitchell.

Offered 1972 by Milton Levine, East Williston, NY. Silver-blue with red interior. 22,500
miles. Mag wheels. (FCA Aug 1972).

Offered 1975 by Grand Touring Cars, Phoenix, AZ. Silver with red leather. (AutoWeek
15 Feb 1977).

Owned 1975-1997 by Neal Van Ess, Green Bay, WI. Body was removed from frame & a
NART spyder body built from scratch. Evidently this was decided against so the original
body was put back together with chassis by Wayne Obry’s Motion Products. Van Ess had decided not to proceed with the restoration and offered it for sale late 1997. In 1998, Obry was putting the car back into form, with car still needing to have motor, transaxle,
suspension & brakes done; body finished & painted; chrome & interior re-done.
Offered 1999 by Neal Van Ess, Green Bay, WI. Red with new tan hides. Complete
cosmetic & mechanical restoration just done by Motion Products, Neenah, WI [Wayne
Obry]. Alloy wheels, 30,000 miles, same owner since 1975. (FML 2412).

Purchased by Tom Kinsman, Mercer Island, WA, July, 1999. Entered 2000 Cavallino
Classic by Kinsman, gold class award.

Purchased by Arnold Kemp of High Point, NC in April, 2003. Had additional work done
on undercarriage and other details by Motion Products and Foreign cars Italia. Car
driven only a few hundred miles during his ownership.

Condition:

As close to “perfect” car as one might find. This car is a 97+ point car when last shown at the Cavallino Classic at Palm Beach, FL. Fully restored by world-class Ferrari specialist Wayne Obry just a few years ago, this car needs virtually nothing. Complete ground-up restoration included engine, gearbox, brakes, paint, all exterior and interior. Reconditioned Borrani’s and new Michelin tires. Correct, original tools and manuals, comprehensive records and maintenance details.
